SHIPPING POLICY
UK mainland Next Business day delivery is available as an option for all orders placed before 3 pm, subject to cleared payment. Orders placed after 3 PM cannot be promised to be dispatched the same day, though we will always do anything possible to dispatch. We will however in all cases dispatch the following working day using your chosen delivery method.
Standard 2-day shipping is available to Scottish Highlands and Islands orders placed before 3 pm on stocked items. Though our items are dispatched promptly on the same day, UK Courier services may require 2 days of delivery for remote UK postcodes.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (except Bank Holidays) for expected delivery following business day (Tuesday)
FREE UK DELIVERY
Free delivery is available for orders placed with a minimum VAT exclusive value of £30.00. The free delivery method will be Standard 2-day delivery.
CANCELATIONS, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The returns policy does not include manufacturer-warrantable items. Please contact us or email office@truckteam.co.uk if you believe your item has failed within warrantable circumstances.
RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUNDS
Our customers have the right to cancel the order within a 14 (fourteen) day "cooling off period", which starts the day after you receive your items. You can apply for a refund within 30 (thirty) days from the date of invoice.
Prior Notification of Intent
If you wish to cancel an order or submit a refund request under the UK Consumer Protections "Distance Selling" Regulations 2000, you must inform Truck Team LTD of the intention to cancel or return your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period for order cancellation, or 30 (thirty) day period for refunds.
When we receive your request, you will receive confirmation and be given authorisation to return goods. Please quote and include your original invoice number. All goods must be unused and in a re-saleable condition.
You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method. If goods go missing, we will only consider a request for a refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to Truck Team LTD from your nominated courier. Once we have received the goods, we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges.
If you are unable to arrange a return, please contact us. We can arrange collection on your behalf, but a charge will be made which will be deducted from your refund total.
If a delivery charge was made on the original purchase this will not be refunded as this is a service which is concluded at the point of order.
Orders that have already been processed and or dispatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to Truck Team LTD for a refund following receipt of goods by the customer.
We will do our very best to assist and issue a quick refund upon receipt of returned goods.
